What happened with the figure skating judgment?

I watched the lady's figure skating at the Olympic.

I honestly don't know enough about judging any sport to answer. I do know there's criteria they go by.|||women's skating criteria are very different from the olympics before. the judges are looking elegance and perfection not only on exact jumps and footwork, but also body lines and flow. the top 6 would have easily beaten the golds of the past olympics.|||i agree, he performance was fine but not spectacular as so many people laud. it is almost as if the pressure of her to win the gold for korea got to the judges and they gave in to the pressure. it had been said thatshe was expected to win the gold. this is bs becuase you do not win gold unless you deserve it and i felt that the judges just gave it to her under the pressure.
