Figure skating?

I cannot land my quad axel. any tips? I can land all my other jumps just not the axel. I just come close to landing but then my legs slips.|||This is very interesting.

But you could see why people would be so skeptical . . . .considering no one does a QUAD axel . . . and certainly we should be hearing about you in the news!

If you had all your other jumps, that must mean you have all your other QUADS down to even be near landing a QUAD axel. Thus far, I don't think anyone has successfully gone beyond a QUAD toe . . . so for you to be almost landing a QUAD axel would be pretty amazing.

Here is a guy who makes a real attempt . . .but he isn't even quite all the way around . . . he can rotate but seems to be getting lost in the air (not knowing when to land). Leg slipping is not the issue.

Anyone almost landing a real QUAD axel probably would have more sense than to ask Y!A . . . it'd be better and safer to ask a good coach who can supervise you! People here are going to believe this question as much as they believe these quad axel videos:

As for your single axel, be sure that you keep your body aligned during take off - this should help with your leg slipping.|||haha, ur funny|||Keep practicing your figure ice skating, and you will do super duper great!|||i dont know of any girl who can land a quad axle, a triple maybe, not a quad, thoguh on the other hand guys do try to land a quad axle...|||Haha, yeah right!!!
